Membership runs from 1st July to 30th June.
You now can pay directly to Sort Code 72-00-04 Account 77704484. Please add a Reference of your membership number (four digits or "New") followed by your name, surname first, as that will make it easier to sort out who has paid.
Then please complete the Payment, Membership and Contact forms below. You may have to save first and may not be able to do this in Adobe Acrobat, so download the superior Foxit - Download Foxit. In Foxit you can use the envelope symbol to attach the completed form to an e-mail or "Save As" then attach. Alternatively, download and install the CutePDF printer (Download Cute - choose zipped setup). When you print from Acrobat you will be able to select the CutePDF printer instead of your normal printer. This will save the print as a pdf file once you choose the name and location (useful for other programs too) - software as well as running with WJ!
If you are a tax payer then please complete the Gift Aid section (you will not have to do this each year).
If you are paying electronically then please save the forms (if you can) and attach to an e-mail to the Treasurer (WJTreasurer 'at' WerringtonJoggers.co.uk).
Alternatively, if posting, please give completed forms, with Cheque made payable to 'Werrington Joggers' (if applicable),
to a committee member or by post to: The Treasurer Werrington Joggers, 8 Westmoreland Close, Peterborough PE8 6QR.

If you wish to pay your England Athletics affiliation (due 1st April), then this must be done separately by sending a cheque for £5 payable to England Athletics together with the EA form.
