Please note the distances can vary slightly depending on the venue.

The series is similar to the Frostbite in terms of you do not have to enter, but just turn up on the day.

Please let me know, in advance ,if you plan to run in order that I can ensure I am there for the first race where the club has a competitor and provide you with information regarding the race e.g start, course and finish.

At the end of the race you will be given a disc with your finishing position. Give this to either Andy or Linda Rawlins, whichever is at the end of the finishing tunnel.

There is no cost to enter.
