Lincs League XC
This is a series of four cross country races in Lincolnshire.
28th October - RAF Cranwell NG34 8HB
4th November - Princes Parade Skegness PE25 1AB
9th December - PGL Caythorpe court near Grantham NG32 3EP
AGE GROUPS and DISTANCES
U11s must be aged 9 or 10 on 31-Aug-2012. If their 11th birthday occurs during the League season they can, if they wish, remain as an U11 for the rest of the League season.
To compete as an U13, athletes must be aged 11 on the day of the race or be aged 12 on 31-Aug-2012
U20s & Vets are scored as Seniors if their date of birth has not been declared.
Senior Women [Men] remain as Seniors for the rest of the League season if their 35th [40th] birthday occurs after match 1.

Please note the distances can vary slightly depending on the venue.
The series is similar to the Frostbite in terms of you do not have to enter, but just turn up on the day.
Please let me know, in advance ,if you plan to run in order that I can ensure I am there for the first race where the club has a competitor and provide you with information regarding the race e.g start, course and finish.
At the end of the race you will be given a disc with your finishing position. Give this to Paul Myland at the end of the finishing tunnel.
There is no cost to enter.
